At Created to Create Coalition (CTCC), art isn’t just what we do — it’s who we are.
We’re the Denson Sanchez Family, a blended family filled with musicians, dancers, writers, and dreamers who believe creativity has the power to connect hearts and transform communities. What began as a shared love for the arts has blossomed into a movement —
a family labor of love dedicated to inspiring others to find the masterpiece within themselves.
Our Story
Our family came together much like a painting — strokes of different shades, textures, and stories blending into one canvas. Kristine, mother of Makaela, Jaia, Olivia, and Leyna, and David “Nick,” who stepped into their lives with love, built a family stitched together by both grace and grit. Together, Kristine and Nick welcomed their daughter, Freya, completing the masterpiece that is us — a family bound by love and lifted by the arts.
Each of us carries a spark of creativity:
Nick breathes music through his flute, weaving warmth into our days. Kristine dances with grace, expressing what words cannot. Makaela tells stories through both movement and writing. Jaia turns emotion into melody as a singer/songwriter. Olivia paints with brush and body, creating visual and physical art. Leyna shines on stage in musical theatre, her energy contagious. And little Freya — already surrounded by inspiration — soaks in every note, step, and stroke with wonder.
Our Purpose
From this tapestry of talents, the Created to Create Coalition was born — not just as an organization, but as an extension of our family’s heart. Together, we aim to nurture creativity, foster connection, and celebrate the beauty of blending. Kristine and Makaela guide the vision and manage our online presence; Nick, Kristine, and Makaela facilitate our Friday Features; while Jaia, Olivia, and Leyna bring youthful imagination to our content creation.
At CTCC, creativity isn’t confined to a stage, a canvas, or a classroom — it lives in every act of courage, collaboration, and self-expression.
